Happy Fall!! Since it is the beginning of Fall I wanted to share some of my most favorite fall diffuser blends. These blends are great to make your house feel nice and comfy all Fall long.
I personally love all things Fall, including pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkins, plaid and apple cider. Here are the blends that I came up with to enjoy all my favorite Fall things.
While working do you ever find yourself wandering about the web or constantly checking your phone? I know that when I am working at my 8-5 job or when I am working on my blog I find that I spend a lot more time than necessary on a task and that I am not focused and my productivity starts to lack. When I start to notice that I am not focused I like to reach for my favorite essential oil blends.
Essential oils are a natural way to help boost your productivity and these blends will help bring your energy up just enough to get your work done while also keeping you focused on the task at hand.The recipes below are diffuser blends but if you are unable to diffuse in your workplace, you can also use in an inhaler or roller blend. When using a roller blend, I like to mix my oils with either coconut oil or sweet almond oil. I would recommend rolling productivity blends behind your ears, on your chest, on your wrists, or on the back of your neck.
